- Welcome Reception—SOLD: As the first opportunity for sponsors and exhibitors to reach the conference audience, the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall will draw an impressive crowd Wednesday, Oct. 13.
- Networking Reception—SOLD: The Networking Reception, in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, Oct. 14, will bring together both Summit and Forum attendees in the welcoming atmosphere of population health management's premier networking event.
- Engagement Sponsor—SOLD: For the sixth year, DMAA is committed to following the lifestyle guidelines that we, as members of the population health management community, promote. Become the conference's official "Engagement Sponsor" and work with DMAA to create a sponsorship that includes health screenings or survey, daily fitness classes and the Engagement Break, which is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 14.

- Joint Plenary Session: Sponsorship of this keynote address on Thursday, Oct. 14, is an excellent way to reach both Forum and Summit attendees. Keynote speakers are selected for their prominence in the health and wellness community. If appropriate, a sponsor representative has the opportunity to introduce the speaker.
- Luncheon Sponsor—SOLD: This traditional event gives your company sole sponsorship of a luncheon held for both the Forum 10 and Integrated Care Summit attendees in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, Oct. 14.
- Innovations in Care Coordination Series—SOLD: These two-day sessions—the only breakouts available to both Forum and Summit attendees—will provide an exclusive glimpse into the latest innovations from the population health management and care coordination community.
Additional Forum-Summit Opportunities- Luncheon Sponsor—$30,000: This traditional event gives your company sole sponsorship of a luncheon in the Exhibit Hall Friday, Oct. 15.
- Plenary Session Sponsorship: Sponsorship of a keynote address is a particularly high-profile way to put your organization in front of all attendees. If appropriate, a sponsor representative has the opportunity to introduce the speaker.
- Wednesday, Oct. 13 from 3:45 to 5:15 p.m.—SOLD
- Thursday, Oct. 14, from 9:30 to 11 a.m.—$25,000
- DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance-Branded Online Learning Center—$20,000. For the 2010 Forum and Integrated Care Summit, DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance will professionally record and capture all sessions at the Forum and Summit in digital audio and professionally synchronize with slide presentations. Attendees and non-attendees are able to pay for access to these sessions through an online DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance-branded Online Learning Center, hosted by Content Management Corporation (CMC). As the sponsor of Online Learning Center, you will receive a banner ad linking to your Web page for one year. You will be recognized in all post-conference e-marketing efforts to the DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance database, as well.
- Welcome Refreshments—$20,000: Welcome attendees at the registration area on Wednesday, Oct. 13, with refreshments.
- Exhibit Hall Attractions—$20,000: The Exhibit Hall is one of the main conference attractions for attendees. Activities in the Exhibit Hall tend to be popular, allowing attendees a chance to relax and socialize between sessions and scheduled networking events. Activities include, but are not limited to: water stations, coffee stations, health screenings and massage stations.
- Attendee Welcome Gift—$20,000: Be the sponsor of an official conference gift distributed to each attendee upon arrival and registration. Previous gifts include water bottles, T-shirts, flash drives and sporting goods.
- Water Stations—$15,000: In lieu of bottled water, DMAA provides filtered water stations throughout the conference to keep attendees refreshed.
- Door Drops—$4,500: Reach conference attendees as they begin their day with your materials waiting outside their room. Conference door drops will take place at the Hilton Washington, the official hotel for The Forum 10. Sponsors will be responsible for providing distribution materials and covering hotel charges. DMAA reserves the right to limit the number and types of items to be distributed.
- Tote Bag Insert—$3,000: Include a small promotional item (notepad, key chain, pen, flier, etc.) with your organization's logo in the conference tote bags. Promotional items must be supplied at your expense.
- Program Guide Advertising (see chart below): Advertising in either The Forum 10 or Integrated Care Summit Program Guide is an excellent way to gain additional exposure with attendees during the conference.
- Breakfast & Poster Exhibition—SOLD: On Thursday, Oct. 14, in the Exhibit Hall, DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance will host the premier poster exhibition in population health management, providing a unique platform for visual reports on current evaluations, trends and innovations in wellness, prevention and chronic care management.

- Badge holders—SOLD: Each attendee receives a badge holder at registration. Your sponsorship means that every attendee will wear your logo, greatly increasing your organization's exposure among attendees and faculty.
- Cyber Cafe—SOLD: The Cyber Cafe continues to be one of the most heavily visited areas at the Forum and Integrated Care Summit. This year's expanded Cafe provides sponsors the opportunity to display a non-commercial message at each computer station or on a screen saver. The cost of computer equipment rental and Internet connection is included.
- Hotel Key Cards—SOLD: Sponsorship of the hotel key cards is an excellent way to reach all conference attendees. You will be able to feature your organization name, logo and a non-commercial message on one side of the card.
- Conference Tote Bags—SOLD: The conference tote bags, which are reusable shopping sacks, are distributed to all attendees at registration and used throughout the week to carry conference materials, program books, brochures and other handouts. Your company's corporate logo will be featured on the bag.
- EventMingle—SOLD: As the sponsor of the official networking site for the conference, you will receive a banner ad linking to your own Web page for the duration of the site.
- Post-Conference Web Sites—SOLD: As the sponsor for the post-conference Web sites for both The Forum 10 and Integrated Care Summit (which include session presentations), you will receive a banner ad linking to your own Web page for the duration of the sites.

Integrated Care Summit OpportunitiesCombating obesity, diabetes and other chronic conditions through value-based programs integrated into the workplace forms the focus of the Integrated Care Summit, an employer and health care leaders' educational event co-hosted by DMAA, the National Association of Manufacturers and the Center for Health Value Innovation.
