AAPPO, CMSA, DMPC & MHPA Members Enjoy Preferred Pricing
DMAA has partnered with the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations (AAPPO), Case Management Society of America (CMSA), Disease Management Purchasing Consortium International (DMPC) and Medicaid Health Plans of America (MHPA) to offer their members discounted DMAA member registration rates for The Forum 10. To receive these discounts, you must submit your registration to DMAA by mail or fax (202-478-5113). Online registrations do not qualify for this discount. DMAA will verify your membership status and process your registration within five business days.

Group Discounts for DMAA Members
For every two paid attendees from your organization who register for The Forum 10, a third employee receives a free Forum registration. Groups must submit their registration forms by mail or fax and pay together to receive the savings—online registrations are ineligible for group discounts. Fax team registrations to (202) 478-5113. Registrations for the Integrated Care Summit, workshops, special rates and day passes are excluded from this promotion. Group discount restrictions:

Govt./Academic/Student/Int'l.—Special Rates
Government, academic, student and international attendees are eligible for special conference rates for The Forum 10. To qualify for these categories, a registrant must be a full-time employee of a federal, state or local government (contractors do not qualify); be a full-time employee or student at a college or university and not employed by any health care organization; or work and live outside of the United States. To receive these discounts, you must submit your registration to DMAA by mail or fax (202-478-5113). Online registrations do not qualify for this discount. Guest Pass—$25 per reception
We are pleased to offer a guest pass designed to provide attendees' spouses, significant others and adult children (at least 21 years of age) access to the Exhibit Hall for evening receptions for $25 per reception. A guest pass may be purchased only at onsite Registration by the attendee who is registered for The Forum 10. Employees of health care related companies are ineligible for guest passes. A guest pass does not include conference materials, luncheons or provide access to educational sessions.
