This half-day event will provide in-depth discussion and review of key issues in outcomes measurement, one of chronic disease care's most-talked-about subjects. Hear details about Volume III of the DMAA Outcomes Guidelines Report and apply the guidelines to real-world data in "how-to" case studies.
