The committee works closely and collaboratively with recognized industry experts and allied organizations to identify and promote the best method by which to evaluate the results of disease management programs. Co-Chairs: Participant Satisfaction SubcommitteeThe Participant Satisfaction Subcommittee has developed a survey instrument for disease management program participant satisfaction. Currently, the Participant Satisfaction Survey Users Group is developing guidelines for a benchmark database and organization-level reports.
