ASSIGNMENT CRITERIA
- Opportunities will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. The receipt of the signed contract will establish the assignment date. In cases where sponsorship reservations are received simultaneously, preference will be given to DMAA members.
- Once a sponsorship is agreed upon with DMAA, a contract will be generated with full terms and conditions. Payment is required within 60 days of the contract date or within 30 days prior to the start of The Forum 10, whichever date is closer. If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to reassign the opportunity. Sponsors must be in good financial standing with DMAA at the time of this sponsorship agreement and have no outstanding invoices.
- We reserve the right to review any sponsorship application for appropriateness for our intended audience and support of our mission.
- Sponsors agree not to hold any activity in their exhibit booth without securing DMAA's prior written approval. The following activities require sponsorship contracts: cooking demonstrations, health screenings, massage stations and food and beverage stations. DMAA reserves the right to reject any activity at any time due to space limitations or at its discretion.
- Sponsors agree not to hold sponsoring hospitality suites/rooms or other functions during official conference activities, including exhibit hours, social functions, educational seminars and other related activities scheduled by DMAA.
- We may alter these criteria without notice.
