Mr. Pink is the author of four provocative, bestselling books on the changing world of work. In his latest book, "Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us," he shows us that the secret to high performance and satisfaction in today's world is the deeply human need to direct our own lives, to learn and create new things and to do better by ourselves and our world. Based on 40 years of scientific data supporting his argument that people need intrinsic rather than external motivation, Pink's work revolutionizes the way that we look at performance and motivation.
Mr. Pink's articles on business and technology appear in many publications, including the New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Fast Company and Wired, where he is a contributing editor. He has provided analysis of business trends on CNN, CNBC, ABC, NPR and other networks in the United States and abroad.
