2010 Deadlines
July 17 Last day to receive a 50 percent refund of exhibit fees for cancellations or withdrawals.
July 18 No refunds will be given for exhibit booth cancellations.
Aug. 13 50 word company descriptions and URL due to DMAA for inclusion in conference materials.
Aug. 16 Start setting up your virtual exhibit booth on EventMingle.
Aug. 20 Moderator names for track sponsorships must be submitted to Allison King at aking@dmaa.org.
Aug. 23 EventMingle goes live.
Aug. 27 Artwork due for advertisements in the onsite program guides.
Tote bag promotional item due to DMAA for approval.
Sept. 8 Advance shipments may begin arriving at GES warehouse.
Single, pre-conference attendee list will be distributed to exhibitors.
Sept. 15 All registrant names should be submitted to DMAA.
Sept. 16 Any changes, cancellations or substitutions received after this date, and processed by DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance are subject to a $100 service fee per change. To make changes to existing registrations, simply log on to online registration.
Sept. 21 Booth package sign-up deadline. Please complete the A-2: Booth Package Order Form found in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
GES discount deadline for orders received with payment.
GES mandatory forms are due:
  1. G-2: Payment & Credit Card Charge Authorization
  2. G-3: 3rd Party Billing Request
  3. A-2: Booth Package Order Form
Sept. 22 Cut-off date for special room rate at the Washington Hilton.
Early Bird price deadline for EventMingle Bundles.
Sept. 24 Approved tote bag inserts due at ARC.
Oct. 7 Online registration ends.
Oct. 7 Last day advance shipments to arrive at GES warehouse without surcharges.
Oct. 12 Onsite registration begins.
Oct. 29 Single, post-conference attendee list will be distributed to exhibitors.

The official general services contractor for the Forum 10 and Integrated Care Summit is GES Exposition Services. The Exhibitor Services Manual contains essential information, including mandatory forms, guidelines, drayage information, official exhibit hours, shipping information, vendor services and advertising opportunities.
