We have designed a number of sponsorship opportunities to fit your budget while maximizing your organization's exposure at both The Forum 08 and Integrated Care Summit. The following sponsorships directly reach the entire audience.
- Attendee Welcome Gift - TBD
Be the sponsor of an official conference gift distributed to each attendee upon their arrival and registration. Previous gifts include portfolios, T-shirts, jump drives and sporting goods. - Exhibit Hall Attractions - TBD
The Exhibit Hall is one of the main conference attractions for attendees. Activities in the Exhibit Hall tend to be popular, allowing attendees a chance to relax and socialize between sessions and scheduled networking events. Activities include, but are not limited to: water stations, coffee stations, oxygen bars and massage stations. - Healthy Living by Example Event - TBD
For the fourth year, DMAA is committed to following the lifestyle guidelines that we, as members of the health care community, promote through our cutting-edge program, Healthy Living by Example. Support Healthy Living by Example by sponsoring an event. Past sponsored activities included fitness classes, cooking demonstrations, health screenings and related giveaways. DMAA will work with you to create a custom sponsorship to bring you visibility and value long after the conference has ended. - Door Drops - $4,500
Reach conference attendees as they begin their day with your materials waiting outside their room. Conference door drops will take place at the Westin Diplomat Resort, the official hotel for The Forum 08 and Integrated Care Summit. Sponsors will be responsible for providing distribution materials and covering hotel charges. DMAA reserves the right to limit the number and types of items to be distributed. - The Continuum Conference Daily Newspaper SOLD
Reach attendees through The Continuum, a daily publication distributed to all attendees. Your organization's logo and recognition as a sponsor will be prominently featured on the publication. Exclusive sponsorship of the conference daily is available for $30,000. - The Forum 08 and Integrated Care Summit Program Guides SOLD
Sponsoring the program guide ensures that you will reach every Forum or Integrated Care Summit registrant. These frequently referenced programs are distributed to all attendees and offer comprehensive descriptions of sessions. Sponsorship includes a four-color, full-page advertisement on the back cover, and either a brochure insert or paper band wrap bearing your company's logo or non-commercial message. These sponsorships may be sold separately. - Hotel Key Cards SOLD
Sponsorship of the hotel key cards is an excellent way to reach all the conference attendees. You will be able to feature your company name, logo and a non-commercial message on one side of the key card. - Cyber Cafe SOLD
The Cyber Cafe continues to be one of the most heavily visited areas at the Forum and Summit. This year's expanded Cafe will be outside the Exhibit Hall and provides sponsors the opportunity to display a non-commercial message at each computer station or on a screen saver. The cost of computer equipment rental and Internet connection is included. - Tote Bags SOLD
Tote bags are distributed to all attendees at registration and are used throughout the week to carry conference materials, program books, brochures and other handouts. Your company's corporate logo will be featured, along with the conference logo on the bag. - Badge Holders SOLD
Each attendee receives a name badge and lanyard at registration. Your sponsorship means that every attendee will wear your company logo, greatly increasing your company's exposure among the attendees and faculty.
