Combating obesity, diabetes and other chronic conditions through programs that integrate population health strategies throughout the workplace will be the focus of the Integrated Care Summit, an employer and health care leaders' educational event co-sponsored by DMAA and NAM. Sponsorships offer new opportunities to connect with these key decision makers.
The Integrated Care Summit will feature concurrent presentations by leading employers and chronic care professionals, as well as exciting keynote speeches.
