Are you looking to raise your organization's profile in the population health improvement community? There's no better way than by sponsoring The Forum 08, the largest, most eagerly anticipated event in population health improvement. With more than 1,200 key decision makers on hand, The Forum 08 delivers a targeted audience receptive to your message.
As an education supporter, you'll help DMAA provide the highest-quality programming in population health improvement and care coordination. These sponsorship opportunities afford high visibility throughout The Forum 08:
- Track Sponsorship - $25,000
Designed to meet the ongoing needs of our audience, these two-day educational tracks present the latest information on critical care coordination topics. Last year's track topics included Innovations in Care, Health Care Disparities, Engagement, Leveraging Technology and Chronic Disease Care in Public Programs. Your staff has the opportunity to moderate educational sessions. Moderators will begin each session with a brief introduction of the session and speakers, and will conduct the question-and-answer session following the presentation. - Plenary Sessions - TBD
Sponsorship of a keynote address is an excellent way to reach a maximum number of attendees. Keynote speakers are selected for their prominence in the health and wellness community. If appropriate, a sponsor representative has the opportunity to introduce the speaker. - Poster Exhibition - $25,000
On Monday, Sept. 8, DMAA will host one of the premier poster exhibitions in health care, providing a unique platform for visual reports on current evaluations, trends and innovations in population health improvement. - Pacesetters Series - $25,000
These two-day sessions will provide an exclusive glimpse into the world of new products from the population health improvement and care coordination community's most progressive companies. - Outcomes Symposium Educational Track - $10,000
With the anticipated release of Phase III of DMAA's Outcomes Guidelines Report, this half-day symposium will take place Sunday, Sept. 7, and offer in-depth learning opportunities on various topics related to outcomes evaluation for beginner and advanced levels.
Networking opportunities at The Forum 08 remain the industry's best. Our conference schedule provides networking event sponsors with ample, non-compete time to reach colleagues and potential clients. DMAA works with networking event sponsors to help generate booth traffic and develop strategies to maximize the value of the sponsorship. Giveaway items, such as prizes, lottery tickets, coffee mugs or napkins, with the sponsor's logo may be used at each event (additional cost).
