NAM/CMSA/AAPPO Members: Get the Most Out of DMAA
DMAA has partnered with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations (AAPPO) to offer their members the discounted DMAA membership registration rates for the Integrated Care Summit. To receive this discount, you must fax or mail in your registration form to DMAA at (202) 478-5113. Online registrations, group discounts and special rates do not qualify for this discount. DMAA will verify your membership status and process your registration within 5 business days.
Employers: Save 20 percent!
Employers receive a 20 percent discount off non-member registration fees for the Integrated Care Summit. Simply enter this special promotional code, "EMPL", on the hard-copy registration form and fax or mail it back to DMAA. To qualify for the employer rate, a registrant must be an executive responsible for purchasing and administering health benefits within an organization that is not in the business of providing health care products. Example of titles in this category include: vice president of human resources, director of benefits, benefits manager and chief medical officer. Documentation to verify eligibility may be required to process registration discounts. Note: This discount may not be combined with online registration, member or group discounts.
