Dr. Spratt is a 1975 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following his post-graduate training, he began a dual career of family medicine in Northeast Philadelphia and occupational medicine at the Bristol Plant of the Rohm and Haas Co. Dr. Spratt's responsibilities at Rohm and Haas include developing policies and practices in areas of prevention of illness and injury. He also was responsible for providing direct medical care to injured employees. In 1988, Dr. Spratt left family practice to become the full-time medical director of Frankford Hospital's WorkHealth Program. In 1992, he was appointed professor and chair of the Occupational Medicine Division at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine; he continues to hold that position.
Dr. Spratt began his career at Crown Cork & Seal in January 1995 as corporate medical director. He has been responsible for significant savings in the company's self-insured medical plan. In addition, he has initiated successful cancer screening programs for Crown employees in breast, prostate and skin cancer. He currently holds the title of vice president, medical administration. In January 2007, Dr. Spratt became the chief executive officer of Corporate Health Solutions Inc., a company dedicated to providing innovative pathways to guide employees to better health.

Dr. Mault is director of new products and business development for the Health Solutions Group at Microsoft Corp. and a key figure behind Microsoft's HealthVault personal health platform. He founded five medical device and health monitoring services companies, raising more than $100 million in working capital, including a successful Nasdaq public offering in 2002. He led these companies to develop novel technologies, secured FDA approvals and established strategic partnerships with dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
Mault is board-certified in both general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery, having specialty practices in heart and lung transplantation, thoracic oncology and critical care. He has conducted academic medical research under numerous grant awards from National Institutes of Health, American Cancer Society Inc. and other organizations. He is the author of more than 100 published scientific articles, chapters and books, and is the named inventor of dozens of issued and pending patents for a variety of medical devices and health monitoring systems and informatics. Mault maintains a clinical faculty position at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center. He is an active member of numerous medical and surgical societies, including the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, American College of Chest Physicians and American Heart Association Inc., and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Scott Wooten's key role at Alegent Health is strategic partner, establishing balance sheet stewardship, team developer and operational partner. Alegent Health comprises five metropolitan medical centers, four rural hospitals and 42 primary care clinics with 125 physicians in Nebraska and Iowa. Scott brings nearly 20 years experience in faith-based, not-for-profit health care senior financial management roles, mostly with Adventist Health System, where he served at Kettering Medical Center, Huguley Health System, and most recently served as senior vice president and senior finance officer at Florida Hospital. He received his CPA from the State of Colorado and obtained his master's in business from the University of Dayton.

By harnessing her passion for manufacturing, Sandra Westlund-Deenihan turned a family business, Quality Float Works Inc., a metal float manufacturing company, into an industry leader. She has supervised its growth into a global competitor with exports to Asia, Canada and Europe. The company recently was recognized as "one of the fastest growing companies in the United States." For two consecutive years, Quality Float Works Inc. received the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Blue Ribbon Award for continued strides in innovation and service. Sandra also has received numerous personal recognitions, including a Regional Spirit Award for industry and community accomplishments, and has been named an Influential Woman in Business by the Business Ledger. Sandra serves on several boards, including the National Association of Manufacturers and National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity Education.

At Ariel Corp., the world's leader in the design and manufacture of reciprocating natural gas compressors, Kent E. Dubbe oversees all aspects of human relations, including safety and environment, customer training, employee development and change management. He is a member of the company's Executive Committee and co-leader of its Operations Team, which manages manufacturing, supply chain, aftermarket parts and distribution for global business operations. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Ohio Workforce Policy Board, as well as several education and community organizations. Before joining Ariel, Dubbe held senior leadership positions at Holt Caterpillar of Ohio, The Longaberger Co. and 3M. He received his master's in human resource development from the University of Minnesota.

Since 1988, Kendig Kneen has been chief executive of Al-jon Inc., a family-owned and operated manufacturer of scrap processing equipment, such as car crushers, balers and landfill compactors. With more than $50 million in sales annually, Al-jon is a recognized industry leader and involved with several organizations worldwide, including the American Plastics Council, the Vehicle Recycling Development Center and the Bureau International De Recuperation. Kneen serves on numerous committees at the National Association of Manufacturers, including the Board of Directors, Executive Board, Key Vote Advisory Committee, President's Council and the Small and Medium Manufacturers Steering Committee. Kneen is a past chair and sits on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Association of Business and Industry. He continues to serve on boards for the University of Iowa National I-Club and Indian Hills Community College Development Corporation and is past-president of the Ottumwa Area Development Corporation. He also was appointed to serve on the Small Business Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank, as well as the Advance Manufacturing Council for the Iowa Department of Economic Development.
