For 2008, DMAA returns to the successful format it introduced at the 2007 Forum:

Two days of industry-leading clinical content at The Forum 08, Sept. 7 to 8; and

Two-plus days of employer-focused programming on prevention, wellness and disease management strategies at the Integrated Care Summit, Sept. 8 to 10, co-sponsored by DMAA and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM).

Both events will occur at the oceanside Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa, a premier property in beautiful Hollywood, FL. From the latest approaches to chronic condition care to winning strategies for healthy, productive employees, The Forum 08 and Integrated Care Summit have it all.

Who Will Attend?

The Forum 08: Approximately 1,200 professionals from disease management organizations, support organizations, health plans, pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy benefit managers, software providers, hospitals and home health providers.

Integrated Care Summit: Benefits administrators, human resources executives, corporate medical directors, employers and other public and private purchasers and payers.

Sponsorship Assignment Criteria

The receipt of the signed contract will establish the assignment date.
In cases where sponsorship reservations are received simultaneously, preference will be given to DMAA or NAM members.
Invoices will be generated from sponsorship contracts. Payment is required within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received when due, DMAA reserves the right to reassign the opportunity.
DMAA reserves the right to review any sponsorship application for appropriateness for our intended audience and support of our mission.
DMAA may alter these criteria without notice.
