Guest Pass-$25 per day
DMAA is pleased to offer a guest pass designed to provide attendees' spouses, significant others and adult children (at least 21 years of age) access to the Exhibit Hall for evening receptions for $25 per reception. A guest pass may be purchased only at onsite Registration by the attendee who is registered for The Forum 08 or Integrated Care Summit. Employees of health care related companies are ineligible for guest passes. A guest pass does not include conference materials, luncheons or provide access to educational sessions.
Single-Day Attendance-Special Rates!
If you live close to Hollywood and can attend only for a day, take advantage of our special one-day rate—it's a true continuing education bargain. The Monday, Sept. 8, pass includes two plenary sessions, Monday's educational sessions and the Joint Networking Reception with the Integrated Care Summit. Single-day pass rates do not apply to any fee-paid symposiums or summits.
