DMAA Membership CategoriesDMAA members receive a host of benefits, including access to the members-only area of the DMAA Web site and other online tools; the weekly DMAA eNews newsletter; print and/or online subscriptions to DMAA's peer-reviewed journal, Disease Management; communications updating members on DMAA legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts; announcements about DMAA educational programs; and discount offers for disease management products and partner conferences. DMAA members have the opportunity to serve on DMAA standing or ad hoc committees and hold elective office; and receive voting privileges at the annual business meeting. Listed below are the categories of membership and the descriptions and fees associated with each category. Membership fees are based on the joining organization's total revenue for the most recent fiscal year. Organization Membership Application (PDF) ›› Population health management organizations—wellness and health promotion organizations; disease and care management organizations; home health, nursing home and elderly care organizations; behavioral health organizations; software solution providers; pharmaceutical or biotech organizations; health information technology innovators; pharmacy benefit managers; and third-party administrators and administrative services organizations.
Health plans & integrated delivery systems—health insurers; HMOs/PPOs; Medicare Advantage plans, physician-hospital organizations; Medicaid plans; and management service organizations.
Partner organizations—employers; insurance companies (life, disability and re-insurance); academic medical centers; physician groups; executive search firms; consultants; and investment brokers and bankers.
International organizations (organizations with no US presence)—$1,250 Individual membership is available only to those that do not qualify for membership under the above standards; i.e. those employed full-time by a federal, state or local government; a full-time employee or student at a college or university and not employed by any health care organization.
