DMAA Outcomes Guidelines Report Volume 4—User Agreement DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance (DMAA) is pleased to make available for download as an Adobe Acobat (.pdf) document the DMAA Outcomes Guidelines Report, Volume 4, which combines key elements of three previous volumes with important new material. Completion of this user agreement is required for access to the report. Once the user agreement is completed, the download will be available. The purpose of this user agreement is to allow DMAA to quantify the audience for its guidelines and to ensure that updates or errata, should any become available, reach users. DMAA will not share this information with third parties or use it for commercial purposes. |
